G. MUTHUKUMARAN , DIRECTOR –PAWS, PERFACT GROUP, NEWDELHI
G.Muthukumaran, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from MK University , Tamil Nadu & a Post Graduate in Management (MBA –Consultancy & Operations Management) from the Kingston University , United Kingdom.
Hehasserved in Central Government Department (DOS- ISRO)holding analogous posts, including Project Manager for the development of Propulsion Testing Facilities for Booster Engines and has hands on experience inDesign , Develop, build , operate and Transfer Chemicals production & Storage Facilities; Leader in Environmental assignments related to setting up large size isolated Chemical storages and also conducting HAZOP, HAZEN teams , FMEA & CAPA of Test Facilities.
With his passion on Renewable Energy,he involved in preparation and rolling out strategies for Hydrogen Road Maps working with the Director –Future Energy for Europe, Asia and Africa, Air Products Inc., headquarters at Workingham, UK. Associated with the establishment of India’s first Hydrogen Fuel Dispenser unit at Dwaraka, New Delhi and promoted Hydrogen based Automobiles ( Hydrogen Buses with Ashok Leyland, H2-CNG Blended Vehicles with SIAM).
Moving on to the Water Industry , he spearheaded ENSYS Technologies Pvt.Ltd , in the capacity of Vice President-Projects, setting up Waste water Treatment Plants adopting different Technologies ( morethan 60 Installations) .Environmental Engineer and EIA –Coordinator, he has taken up assignments withPerfact Group; has conducted more than 120 EC cases across different sectors and involved in more than 220 cases as a Functional Area Expert [Air Quality, Water Pollution & Prevention, Risks and Hazard and Noise & Vibration]as well. Vast experience of about 27 years in varying capacities , he has expertise in leading Techno-commercial teams in promoting Wastewater Engineering Projects .
